Three More Properties – Completed ✅
The Phased Handover for the prestigious Aspen Grange development is fully underway. Last month a further 3 properties joined the 16 already handed over.
Working in Partnership with Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing on the development to build 40 new properties to include houses, bungalows & apartments, as well as a new community facility in the picturesque village of Weston Rhyn on the border of Shropshire and Chirk.
The next phase of the development is due to be handed over in the Spring.
