Construction is complete on 20 new houses and bungalows along Church Hill Street, Smethwick.
The development comprises of a mixture of detached and semi-detached homes. These traditionally built two and four-bedroom houses will be available for affordable rent.
We hope the new residents will be pleased with their new homes and we look forward to the successful delivery of even more housing on behalf of Sandwell Council.
