As it is Rural Housing Week, we thought it would be a good time to look back on some of the rural housing developments we have completed recently, along with developments we are currently working on and some glimpses of ones in the near future!

Works are now complete at Bishops Castle Community Centre! The new extension, internal modernisation and reconfigured layout has transformed the centre into a larger, more functional space for the Connexus Team and Local Clubs. We look forward to seeing the centre in full use once lockdown restrictions are lifted.
We are pleased to have completed the first phase of the redevelopment of Beattie Avenue, Hereford for Connexus. The scheme will bring 71 properties to the area in replace of 41 pre-fabricated bungalows. The urban design has allowed the site to be reconfigured to enable an extra 30 properties to be built.
