Last Friday marked the completion of a modular housing development in Staverton for Rooftop Housing Group The development comprises of houses, bungalows and flats with a mix of shared ownership and affordable rent properties. Construction has started on an open market development on Ebrook Road, Birmingham. Working in partnership with Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust to build six no. two, three and four-bedroom homes within the area. We look forward to seeing the development progress in the upcoming months.  

It is great to see our development in Shard End Crescent completed. We have enjoyed working with Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust on this project to provide much needed affordable housing within the local area. We donated disused materials to the Jericho Foundation who support local residents across Birmingham to gain valuable employment skills.  

A recent site visit took place with Stonewater along with representatives from the Military Task Group and Herefordshire Council at the site in Waterworks Lane, Leominster. They met with the veterans who are currently working on site along with the construction team and discussed future aspirations upon completion of the development.
