J. Harper & Sons are delighted to be appointed by Cirencester Housing Ltd and have begun first phase works on a development in North Cerney. Tarmac access road works are underway along with foundation works.
The land adjacent to Broadbridge cottage will be developed into 6 No. Homes and 6 No. Apartments, to provide much needed affordable homes to the people within the local community.
The homes will be a mixture of 1-bedroom flats and 2-bedroom houses, 10 will be affordable homes and 2 will be for shared ownership. The homes designed by Quattro Architects have been designed to enhance the outstanding rural area and have also had an input from the local community during consultation meetings.
It is anticipated the development will be completed by February 2020.
