Last month we had the pleasure of being part of the official opening of Bath Street, Hereford alongside Local Councillor Ange Tyler, the Cabinet Member for Housing and John Barker, the Connexus Board Member and Chair.
Sited on the former Victorian Working Boys Home, the £8m development in partnership with Connexus retains character from the previous land use by restoring the original red brick façade in keeping with the heritage of the site.
Despite the traditional exterior, we are pleased that we have been able to create contemporary, cleanly designed homes with attractive internal finishes.
We are proud that we have been able to retain the sites traditional heritage, whist also providing affordable homes for local people.
