The clocks have sprung forward and so has the progress on Aspen Grange, Weston Rhyn.
It is all systems go on this development of 40 houses, bungalows and apartments that are being constructed on behalf of Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing.
All of the foundations have now been poured and the superstructure works have commenced. Plots 9-16 have been first fixed and the plaster boarding has begun in preparation for kitchens, sanitaryware and decoration.
To the apartment block, the steel work and winter gardens are near completion, with the hollowcore planks being installed in the coming weeks.
We are looking to seeing how this development progresses as we move into the spring months.
