The disused garage site is being transformed into 3 new properties for affordable rent in South Yardley, just under 5 miles outside of Birmingham City centre.
The site lies close to frequent bus services connecting it’s future residents to the city centre and beyond. The location is well placed to encourage residents to travel by bus with a number of services available within a short walking distance. This development has been designed in support of the National Planning Policy Framework in facilitating sustainable development, but also in contributing to wider sustainability and health objectives.
