The contemporary scheme at RowleyRegis will comprise of 42 apartments for affordable rent, delivered on behalf of Black Country Housing Group.
The existing building had been left derelict, falling into disrepair in its entirety for some time before being demolished, making way for the construction of a new gateway building into Blackheath town centre.
The new apartment block has been designed away from the northern boundary, thus improving the amenity space for all residents.
