Works are progressing on the bungalows at Egerton Place in Whitchurch. Now the properties are water tight, we will be focusing on first fixing and the internal finishes in line with the client’s specification. Once complete, the development will comprise of 2 bungalows 1 of which has been designed to meet the end user’s requirements.
Over at Lutwyche Road in Church Stretton, substructures and external drainage has been complete. Upon completion, the houses will be a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership tenure, once again Connexus are providing the much-needed help onto the property ladder through this scheme.
