Our dedicated team has been working diligently to deliver 10 high-specification bungalows and 8 modern flats on the Beever Road development.
In collaboration with Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, this scheme will provide much needed #affordable housing options for the Tipton community.

🧱 Bungalows: The roofs are being constructed, making the properties watertight and ready for the next phase.
Get ready to see even more progress, in the coming weeks we will be installing hollowcore flooring to the apartments and laying the screed followed by first fixings to the bungalows.
