We’re delighted to announce the delivery of 20 brand new dwellings at seven separate locations spread throughout the borough of Walsall.
In addition, we’ve exceeded our social value targets. Working in partnership with Walsall College, we have welcomed 19 local students to successfully complete industry placements. They have learnt key skills across the sites in a practical manner, assisting them with their classroom studies.
Abbey Square, Essington Road, Fereday Road, Lime Avenue, Montgomery Road, Shannon Drive and Scarborough Close are all ready to welcome their new residents.
