Our latest drone footage showcases the ongoing work at our Powys site, which will feature 32 one-bedroom, energy-efficient, affordable flats.
Here’s a quick progress snapshot:
🔹 Brickwork on foundations for plots 1-16 is complete
🔹 Kerb brace is in place for plots 17-24, with tarmacking starting this week.
🔹 Road formation is complete from the end of the site to the first radius.
🔹 We are set to start drainage work for plots 1-16 and continue block and beam installation.
🔹 Looking ahead, gas membrane installation on plots 17-24 is next, along with storm drainage for plots 25-32.
