Harper Group are excited to announce we will be working in partnership with Platform Housing Group on a £3 million mixed-use development at Rose Avenue, Worcester.
The development will be a mix of timber frame and traditional construction methods and will be over two phases.
Phase One being the demolition of existing commercial units and flats along with relocating the Rose Avenue Fryer to temporary accommodation. The play area alongside the commercial units will also be demolished however this will be relocated to the Hollymount School as part of their expansion works. This will then enable the construction of three commercial units along with eight no. apartments above, two houses and three apartment blocks. The Rose Avenue Fryer will then be re-located into their new commercial unit.
Phase Two will be the demolition of further existing commercial units and flats to enable two no. bungalows, five no. houses and five no. apartments to be constructed.
This will provide the residents within the area, much needed social housing and shared ownership homes for first time buyers looking to take their first step onto the property ladder.
