We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the second phase of works at Beattie Avenue, Hereford.
Following completion of Phase 1 in July 2021, works moved forward with Phase 2. This started with the demolition of the pre-fabricated bungalows, that had been in situ along Beattie Avenue for over 60 years.
Following an extensive road reconstruction, the new layout has maximised the potential for the development, allowing space for an additional 31 properties, helping to increase the availability of housing across Herefordshire.
