Description
J. Harper & Sons (Leominster) Ltd were appointed as principal contractor by Fortis Living for the new build of 6 No. houses.
The project was handed over ahead of contract programme and on budget. A 100% safety record was also recorded on site.
A timber frame construction method was utilised. The externals of the building was finished with a brick and stone detail. To assist with the energy efficiency of the project, each unit benefits from photovoltaic panels.
The site was split into two parts, with 3 units on each side of the road leading to Bower Hill which included several areas highlighted for communal parking.
