Description
J. Harper & Sons (Leominster) Ltd acted as principal contractor under a JCT Design & Build Contract with The Wrekin Housing Trust, BM3 Architects and Capita. The project consisted of the construction of 4 No. two-storey semi-detached houses on Brunel Road, Dawley, Telford.
The project was undertaken on a fixed price lump sum and was delivered on time and to budget.
The properties were of traditional brick and block construction with a mixture of render and composite panels to enhance the external fabric under a concrete tiled roof further enhanced with a full soft and hard landscaping scheme and a tarmac car park providing two parking spaces per dwelling.
We believe that the project suitably reflects the ability of J. Harper & Sons (Leominster) Ltd to deliver projects to workmanship standards whilst adding value to the project delivery.
