Description
Works consisted of a refurbishment of a luxury Jewellers within a confined site with the premises being occupied and trading at all times. Works were phased and of a fast track nature with the contract works being completed within a 12 week period, with weekend and night time working.
The contract works were extensive with drainage, structural, roofing, mechanical, electrical and fit-out works undertaken to an extremely high specification, with a requirement for high level security throughout as the retail unit continued to trade during the works. The works were completed to a high level of satisfaction, within time and budget.
