Description
This project consisted of the construction of 20 traditional built mixed tenure properties which included affordable rented properties, affordable shared ownership properties and outright sale properties.
This project was an existing green field site so numerous liaisons were held with the Parish Council and residents from an early stage to ensure the local population were aware of site progress and given regular updates and opportunities to raise any concerns they may have had.
Also on site was a 300 meter adopted road and the relevant drainage. The site also has a storm attenuation system discharge into local water course which was a large technical civils package.
The Client for this project was West Mercia Homes for the affordable units and Signature Homes for the outright sale properties.
