Description
J. Harper and Sons (Leominster) Ltd were appointed by Bromford Housing Association for the design and build of 24 no. apartments at Meadow Road, Cirencester.
We worked in partnership with Bromford Housing in an attempt to improve the area and turn the existing Adult Education Centre into affordable rent apartments.
The first stage of construction was the demolition of the former Adult Education Centre . The apartments were of traditional means, with associated drainage as well as hard and soft landscaping.
Working with local utility providers the site included a S185 drainage diversion and S106 Connections for both Storm and Foul water, these were incorporated into our programme of works.
We believe our workmanship and quality of design on this development showcased J. Harper and Sons (Leominster) Ltd ability to work well under pressure and deliver on our clients expectations. J.
