Description
J. Harper and Sons (Leominster) Ltd were appointed as principal contractor by Bromsgrove District Housing Trust for the demolition of the existing Community Centre and the construction of 16 no. affordable rented properties.
This included 8 no. 2 storey houses and 8 no. ground and first floor flats.
The construction was of timber frame with a brick and render external skin, along with all associated foul and storm drainage.
This project also incorporated foul diversion works for Severn Trent Water and the formation of communal areas.
