Description
J. Harper and Sons were awarded the Design and Build Contract to provide 14 No. Residential Dwellings across two sites at Oak Road and Breakback Road, Bromsgrove for Bromsgrove Housing Initiatives Ltd.
The houses were completed ahead of programme, with the target handover date being April 2016 and the actual handover date commencing February 2016. The projects achieved Level 3 for Code for Sustainable Homes.
The projects were also run under Considerate Constructors, gaining certificates in compliance for both. To ensure the local community was informed and included, a ‘Building Site Open Day’ was held at the local community centre which proved to be a great success.
