Description
J. Harper and Sons (Leominster) Ltd were appointed as Principal Contractor to construct 2 No. Semi Detached Bungalows adapted internally for the housing of a severely disabled resident in need of 24 hour care.
J. Harper and Sons (Leominster) Ltd liaised with both the parents and carers to ensure the specific requirements of the clients were met. Hoists and special lifting equipment had to be designed into the building along with special shower requirements and adapted door openings.
Due to the location of the build the offsite drainage was extensive hence the duration period.
The project was completed on time and the family are now living in a property that fully meets their needs.
