We are excited to share our increasing success in handing over another site to Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust.
Selcroft Avenue completed last month as part of their Social Housing scheme.
The development was split into two sites. The first site comprises of five no. two and three bedroomed Dorma bungalows, allowing for future installation of a platform lift and hoist system.
While the second site comprises of four no. two-bedroomed semi-detached houses, again allowing for future installation of a platform lift, hoist system and also a downstairs wet room.
We look forward to continuing to working with BMHT on our future developments.
