Works are continuing to progress at Great Western Court, Hereford, where we’re working in partnership with Railway Housing Association.
We are currently constructing 12 No. residential apartments and a timber frame extension that will be linked the existing property.
The tower crane has been installed and the trusses are currently being lifted into position. The roof coverings, along with installation of the windows and doors, are due to commence in the coming weeks.
These homes were designed to meet the Homes England design criteria for ‘elderly persons’ dwellings and as they are located within the centre of the town, enabling those aged 60 and over to live more independently.
We are looking forward to seeing how the development progresses over the coming months.
