Following a naming event at the local school, Springcroft Primary late last year. Harper Group arranged a final visit with the school, to the £1.3 million Stafford and Rural Homes project off Grindley Lane, Blythe Bridge.
The visit was arranged to show the pupils how the site had developed before handing over to the client. The naming of the new site “Spring Lodge Avenue’ was decided when a pupil won a competition to name the site, combining elements of the site’s history
The children were amazed to see the difference and were shown inside the new houses and around the site. The one-bedroom apartments and two and three bedroomed homes, will provide families from their local area, with new affordable homes.
