Here at Harpers HQ, we are eager to share the news of our latest project completion; Beulah Court in the historic, market town of Halesowen.
In collaboration with Dudley Council we undertook the renovation of four flats transforming them into two spacious apartments bringing a dated building to up to date whilst adhering to current regulations. 👷🏼♀️
The conversion consisted of creating spacious living spaces to both apartments, each boasting two bedrooms along with modern kitchen and wash facilities.
In order to achieve this result, we had to understand the existing fabric of the building combining these with the engineering design to create an open plan space 🧱
