We are currently in the process of constructing 20 properties at Church Hill Street on behalf of Sandwell Council.
The development comprises of 15 traditionally-built houses and 5 bungalows for affordable rent. The external finishes replicate similarities seen amongst the existing street scene, including a mix of red and buff brick finishes.
The development is progressing well, despite the challenges relating to the complex levels that have been overcome by the installation of retaining walls. Plots 17-19 are near completion, external works have commenced including drives, slabbing and top soil in preparation for the turf to be laid.
The majority of the plots in Phase A are fully decorated and Phase B roofing is being completed. The final phase will have their foundation poured this week, in preparation for the commencement of the superstructures.
We are looking forward to the handover of the first phase in the coming weeks and are eager to see how the development progresses as we move into the Autumn months.
