The latest development on behalf of Dudley Council has now commenced along Whitegates Road in Bilston.
Situated on a formerly demolished garage site, we will be delivering 3 dwellings for affordable rent, to comprise of 1 detached and 2 semi-detached houses. The intention of the design was to create a quality residential development that achieves high levels of long-term sustainability and meets the expectations of the local community.
The properties will be provided with electric vehicle charging points and the fenestration has been considered to enhance the sustainability of the build. Thermal efficiency will be maximised through a fabric-first approach and the houses will exceed the requirements of the Building Regulation 2013 with regards to thermal performance.
